She's a mum with 4 children, a house, a husband and a social life.

The kids need taking to clubs, ferrying to football and dinners cooked.Friends want to go out for coffee and cake. Family needs their dinners cooked, and there's only 24 hours in a day, everyday.

So how on earth did she fit in enough time to exercise and eat right to get the results above (by the way, she did that in just 12 weeks - 1st 9lbs and more importantly 38 inches off her body)

 

So how did she do it?

Well, following our step by step system to not just get the weight on the scales down, but to re shape her body so it's more in proportion. She followed the guidelines exactly as they're set out.

She made time to do her workouts (all done at home, no gym membership needed) and came to see us for training sessions twice a week, for 12 weeks.

With the nutrition, the right kind of exercise programme along with the manual therapy to ease any aches and pains before they became a problem 

Filling out food and exercise diaries to make sure we could help if she did go slightly off track and making a commitment to get a 'shiny new body' in just 12 weeks.

See, your coach isn't here to do all the work for you. They can give you the tools, tell you exactly what to do and give you the guarantee that you can get the results that you want, but ultimately it's all down to you to find a way to make the changes necessary to do that.

For Rose, that meant getting up 20 mins before the kids to get her workout in early morning, otherwise they didn't get done. If she was meeting friends she'd take her own herbal tea bags in case they were all having coffee and make her own healthy versions of cookies in case they tried to tempt her with cake.


For meals out, it meant checking the menu's in advance to make sure there was something she could choose off the menu, or gently suggesting healthier but tasty places to eat (yes it IS possible to eat out and get these results, you just have to be more choosy where you go) and if you're out for the night then driving so again, you're not tempted with friends saying "Oh go on, just have one.... you only live once...." and other well intentioned but not very helpful phrases they give you "In support".. 

  

Simple but not easy - especially when your friends want to go out for coffee and cake, or trip you up with the lure of toffee vodkas, but when something else is more important and you have the right kind of coach to guide you, it stops you from making so many bad choices as you would do normally.
