Home personal training.....can YOU get through the gate??

Before you click away from this page thinking that Jenni must be mad to turn people away who would benefit from having a personal trainer, this is so she can keep up the reputation of being Medway's 'go to girl' for women's fitness and fat loss.
To ensure that only the most committed people get the limited available space in her diary, Jenni has devised a little 'game' to see if you're going to be good working together.
If you don't qualify then don't worry - it doesnt mean you're beyond help, it just means that Jenni woudnt want you wasting money on something you're not completely ready for. It might mean you need to 'think about it' for a couple of weeks/months and come back when you are ready, that's all :)
To save your embarrassment, please dont try to negotiate on these as the answer will be a firm no :)
You must be willing to do the following in order to train with Jenni:
1) All clients are required to have a full kinetic chain assessment before we commence any training.
2) Be as good as gold on your nutritional plan for AT LEAST the first 30 days.
3) Be prepared to train with Jenni at least once per week for a minimum of 6 weeks initially
4) Take part in ALL agreed home training exercises, to be completed in between training sessions.
5) To maintain a positive attitude - you WANT to do this!
There, thats not so bad is it!?!
If you answered 'No' to any of the questions above, then maybe you're just not ready yet. That's fine, just come back when you are ready :)
