Hello Frustrated Yo-yo dieter...

I'm Jenni Clark and I'm sorry you didn't see this page sooner and had to go the long way round and are now frustrated with your body.

 I used to feel exactly the same way as you probably do now. I wasn't massively overweight or anything, but I was uncomfortable in my own skin. I'd look in the mirror everyday and think yuk. And I'm a trainer! After getting to a stage where my biggest clothes didn't fit me and refusing to go buy the next size up I was luckily living in my sportswear everyday (stretchy!)

It was when I came back from holiday (after refusing to have almost any pictures taken whilst away) and carried on eating badly, grabbing stuff on the run and generally not looking after myself. I was tired, depressed and miserable. Not to mention embarrassed by the fact I was now way out of shape!

 Enough was enough and I had to do something about it. FAST. But even the best can't do it on their own - I found myself a fantastic trainer who took the pressure off trying to do everything on my own and got my backside back in to shape with some real simple rules.

My point?

 

 You don't have to do it all on your own!

Even trainers don't do it on their own, nor do athletes.
