It's nice having someone there to talk to during your workouts. Especially if you're one of those people who spend an hour at a time on a piece of equipment. But if you're looking for a person that fits that description - you're looking for a training partner or a friend, not a personal trainer.

And all within your own home too. Yes you can shape up without expensive machinery and fancy equipment if you dont have it. You'll be getting a complete home training programme to follow with a really simple nutrition strategy too.
You'll have a full kinetic chain assessment before we even begin training - not only will this show you exactly how your body is working right now, it'll also show us where we need to start on your training, avoiding any unneccessary niggles along the way. We'll look at your lifestyle, sleep patterns, hydration levels, moods, nutritional habits and very importantly - goals.
It's more flexible than the gym....
Apart from not having to share the same sweaty yukky machine with anyone else, there is the flexibilty of fitting your training sessions around you - and it doesnt always have to be 'office hours.' There are people who train after work and on their days off, sure, but there are also those who want to get their workouts in before work or at lunchtimes to save them hassle....and thats good for us too :)
You can also split your session fees by training with a friend or partner - making it just that little bit easier on the pocket!

This is a 2 way street, right?

You'll be asked to do MORE than many other personal trainers in the area will ask of you
You'll be asked to KEEP your end of the deal too - meaning that you will be held to your word that you'll comeplete what we ask you to do.
No bullying, nagging or beating, but maybe some 'tougher love' on days where you need it.
You don't have to be fit, healthy or in shape before you can be helped (after all thats what your asking for isnt it!) but you need to be willing to take the neccessary steps to get there.
At your free consultation we'll be checking you out as much as you're checking us out - after all, we don't want you to be spending your money on something you're not totally ready for.
